Aerophagia - Aerocolia - Aerogastria

Accumulation of air in the digestive ducts, dilation and movement of air, accompanied by painful digestion.

Aerophagia: swallowing of air which enters the esophagus when swallowing, during or outside of meals;

Aerocolia: presence of air in the intestine due to a swallowing disorder or taking meals too quickly (accumulation mainly in the splenic angle of the colon);

Aerogastria : presence of gas in the stomach, sometimes determining the distension of this organ.

Eat slowly and chew meticulously,

Activated charcoal (short-term cure) - Lithothamne,

Clay (attapulgite) - internal use (1/2 tsp / 1/2 glass of water, on an empty stomach or 3 hours after the meal),

Edible yeast (2 tbsp / day),

Digesrola (Superdiet), 2 to 3 comp.  / day, at meal times,

Raw potato juice treatment if aerophagia causes heartburn,

Juice of fennel - Licorice - Ginger,

Digestive enzymes, 2 caps. after meals,

LAB-II (PariNat), 1 comp. X 3 / day - L-Base (PariNat), 2 capsules. lunch and dinner - LAB Premium (PariNat), 2 capsules before each meal,

Eliminate sugars, cold meats, cauliflower, radishes, pastries, white bread, chewing gum,

Avoid soft drinks, orange juice, wine, coffee, chocolate, raw vegetables (temporarily), legumes...

Check the good condition of the teeth,

Lie on the side opposite to the pain felt, the knee bent towards the chest,

Hot hot water bottle on the stomach or hot compresses of hay flowers or chamomile,

Complete and controlled breathing,

Abdominal gymnastics (reduction of gastric dilatation and relaxation of the colon),

Local poultice of hot castor oil,

Avoid absolutely tobacco.
