Anomaly of the heart rhythm in its frequency, its regularity and the equality of contractions.

Manifested by an irregularity of the pulse.

We distinguish three origins: thyroid, nervous, digestive

Check if certain allergenic foods do not cause rhythmic disorders.

In all cases of thyroid, nervous or digestive origin, we can suggest:

• vegetarian diet (3 consecutive months at least) or a diet rich in omega 3
• cure of cooked apples (pectin)
• cure of bananas (2 per day = potassium)
• grape seed extract: 200 mg / day - Coenzyme Q₁₀, 120 mg / day
• thyroid arrhythmia: LAB IV (PariNat), 2 tabs. X 3 / day
• nervous arrhythmia: LAB Premium (PariNat), 1 gel. before meals
• Digestive arrhythmia: LAB IV (PariNat), 2 comp. X 2 / jour

Avoid caffeine-based drinks: coffee, tea, cola… and alcohol, as well as margarines and hydrogenated oils.

Regular exercises, biobreathing to reduce stress

Eliminate completely smoking, loud music
