Athlete's Foot

Foot condition caused by a fungus called Tinea pedis,ringworm of the foot. The infection usually begins in the 4th interdigital space where the skin peels and cracks. Sometimes lesions appear under the soles of the feet, on the sides, or affect the nails.

The fungal agents of this condition belong to the Trichophyton group.

Candidiasis of the feet and nails requires daily disinfection until the mycosis completely disappears.

Look for foods rich in lysine: turkey, salmon, halibut, almond, rice

Consume garlic, onion, shallot, cruciferous vegetables (all types of cabbage and radishes) and coconut rich in caprylic acid

Eliminate les aliments farineux, les céréales glutineuses, les sugars, tea, coffee, Brussels sprouts, foods rich in arginine: nuts, peanuts, chocolate, beer, cheeses with a bloomy rind and “blue cheeses”.
