Pemphigus vulgaris

Dermatosis characterized by the appearance of bubbles of variable sizes filled with citrine liquid, painless, predominating in the folds and reaching the mucous membranes (blisters inside the mouth).

The bubbles dry out or rupture and spread the disease.

The rash is accompanied by digestive problems, weight loss, fever, then the disease progresses towards a superinfection, even a septicemic syndrome and the death.

Pemphigus is more common in people aged 50 to 60 and of Jewish or Indian ancestry.
