Poliomyelitis

Inflammation of the gray axis of the spinal cord. Viral disease characterized by damage to the anterior horns of the spinal cord. The virus attaches to the nerve centers, causing muscular atrophy and degenerative reactions, serious paralysis.

Anterior poliomyelitis: inflammation of the anterior (or ventral) horns of the cord

Posterior poliomyelitis: inflammation of the posterior (or dorsal) horns of the cord

Onions in all their forms - Green and red cabbages
