Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus

Spina bifida (SB): Malformation consisting of a crack in the spine, due to a lack of fusion of one or more vertebral arches and through which herniates, in the form of a tumor, the meninges, sometimes the marrow and a certain quantity of cerebrospinal fluid. There are several types of SB: myelomeningocele, meningocele, SB occulta.

Spina bifida is the most common neural tube defect (NTD)

Hydrocephalus: Effusion of cerebrospinal fluid into the cavities of the cerebral ventricles or, outside the brain between the meninges, sometimes causing an increase in volume of the skull.

Nutrition/Hypotoxic and living diet (young shoots, sprouts, etc.), chlorophyll, green cereal juice.

Plan the consumption of strawberries, broccoli, spinach, green vegetables.

The addition of Vit B₉ (folic acid) before conception, and during pregnancy can considerably reduce the risk of spina bifida (0.5 mg / day for mom).

Folates (folic acid / vit. B₉) are involved in the metabolism of molecules necessary for the production of DNA and RNA

Foods rich in folate: yeast, liver, asparagus, cabbage, watercress, spinach, green salad, leek

Marine plasma from Quinton (Biocean), over a long period

Avoid all products dairy.

Functional limitations often result from these pathologies. Scrupulously evaluate the evolution of the health of the affected subject (2 annual evaluations are necessary)

Use lambskin over very long periods

Hydrotherapy of the colon, periodically for older adolescents, simple rectal enema for younger children

Sea salt bath
